AnnualCreditReport.com is the site mandated by the FTC to give online access to your free annual credit report from each of the three credit bureaus. This is the only site that does not require you to sign up for credit monitoring. The reports are free, the scores are not.
CreditKarma.com offers a free score estimator based on your TransUnion credit report. It's not FICO. But it is sorta, kinda like FICO, give or take 50 points or so. Good enough if you are just curious about your score.

dont fall for these tv commericals that charge for something that is totally free.
You don't need the score unless you are buying a car or a house.
First - you need to print out all the reports and review them carefully.
Dispute any items, fix your name or address.
Do not close your oldest accounts.
Don't sweat the score because major lenders like FHA do not check them - they check the reports.
Do sweat knowing how to get perfect credit - such as paying credit cards in full and never carrying a balance.
If you must know the score go to Equifax.com and pay about 8 bucks for it.
Or google "fico score estimator" - that will give you a pretty good idea.

For your free report go to annualcreditreport.com, as far as a score goes those are not free but you can buy it cheap from either Equifax or myfico.com anywhere else you get a score from will not be a true F.I.C.O. score.
