How can I buy something online without a credit card, and I can't write cheques.?

I want to buy a gift from the plan canada website, (gifts of hope) for my parents for christmas, but I'm too young for a credit card and I don;t have abank account so I can't write cheques. I also can't ask my parents to use their credit card, because the present is a surprise for them, and I can't just ask to use their credit card for no reason:P

If "Gifts of Hope" is a charity, it shouldn't be hard to find a friend of your parents or a relative who would be glad to help & can keep a secret, or someone at your church if you attend one. Give the friend the cash and have him/her make the purchase with his/her credit card.

Since it's nearly two months until Christmas, another option would be to send a money order by postal mail.

Use whatever cash you have to buy a prepaid debit card. You can get these just about anywhere...grocery stores, gas stations, drug stores. You can use the prepaid card online just as if it was a regular credit card.

99.99% of ALL online purchases are made with a credit card. If you don't have one, you need to contact the specific website and see if they will work something out with you.

buy a prepaid card at Walgreens, CVS, or some Indian owned convenience store
