Alright, i ordered a package , like a week ago. I check the tracking information daily. So , i come back from school, and on the website they said that "THE RECEIVER WAS UNAVAILABLE TO SIGN ON THE 1ST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. A 2ND DELIVERY ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE " when my mom was home at the time that they said that they attempted delivery! they left no notice on the door, so im wondering if they just skipped out on it or not.
If you live near SUn Valley Calif. (suburb of L.A.), I'm not surprised. Most likely the driver was too lazy to walk the pkg. to your door and get a sig. We also have had trouble with delivery. They failed to bring us a parcel that was properly addressed by a big-time shipper; took it instead to a company whose name does not resemble our family name and the street and zip aren't even close ! And we had paid to expedite delivery! Took them 2 days to deliver it after WE figured out what the problem was. And the UPS delivery center was not at all helpful, even though they admitted it was just a series of mistakes by the driver. Yes, we wrote the company - but they just handed the letter down to distrib. center! Ever since, I have been reluctant to use UPS because of the way they failed to handle the problem..
