Is this true in all departments?
No I think that they are pretty close to the same. But I did notice the last time I went to Target that most of the stuff that I bought was cheaper than what I would have paid at Wal-Mart. I do know that with my experiences at Wal-Mart that if I had a Target closer to me I would shop there all of the time. As it is I have a Wal-Mart 5 min away compared to half an hour to get to Target.
