How do you report a web merchant that doesn't respond to a question about an order either by email or phone.?

Company is discount pet drugs. order was 10/30 and phone calls are not answered and phone mail box is full. Is there a place to report this type of business?

The Better Business Bureau would be the place to start. www.bbb.org. Also if it's a matter of you not receiving your order, the order was wrong or you have been charged wrong, then you can also file a dispute through your credit card company (or bank if you used a debit card).
