it will take one week to 10 days after applying. If address is remote place like small village near forests or under cave like that it will take 30 days. If address is incurrect it will never come. Address proof is not currect or may be spell mistake then it will cancel. i can re apply. After alloted a mail massage come to your mail and you mobile aslo. after that message u can recieve the card after one week.
If the PAN card is applied through NSDL, it takes 7 days to 15 days. UTITSL is not as fast as NSDL.
