In the USA for example California or other state, how much do you pay for coast living?? for example electricity, tv, car, etc..

Those are all very variable. You can live on the coast and drive a used car or a fancy new car. Not really sure what "tv" has to do with it.
Abetter question would be what housing costs are since those are what actually varry by location.
We'd also need to know if you are talking rent or own. House, apratment, or condo. On the beach or not? Big town small town?
Too many variables tell us exactly what you want to know and why.
Pretty cheap here. I live in Iowa. Rent is $200. Utilities are around $100-$200 (includes internet). I pay about $25 for auto insurance, $15 for homeowner's, and that's about it. I probably spend about $500 on groceries, gas, and random other things that I don't like to spend money on. I guess the total is something like $900.
