Can you become rich by suing like your work place or company's?

It depends on why you're suing them and how the strong the evidence is that they're at fault.

For instance, if you warned company management in writing that a machine isn't working properly, then one day the machine fails and you lose an arm as a result, you'll probably get a pretty big payout.

Don't plan on getting a big payout unless you were seriously wronged. If you try to bring a frivolous suit, you'll have a very difficult time getting an attorney to represent you (unless you pay them hourly and not on a contingency fee basis).
