I have AT&T, the middle button on my phone only works when you hit it really hard, and two of my soft keys buttons are completely gone! Will they replace my phone at all? I have a blackjack2 so will they send me another blackjack even though it is extremely outdated! or will they send me the samsung Jack whiich is the next step up from the crapjack 2!
