I suppose to call someone to set up a interview and I was wondering is this a legit company.Do you need transportation?
Is it a sales position where you only make commission? If so, yes you will be doing a lot of driving.
Check with the Department of Insurance in your state to see if this is a scam or not. A link is below. Just click on your state.
And, the link is not a solitication like the others that posted.
Google it first. I also received an invite to set up an interview with an insurance company after posting my resume on several job sites...and I am 90% certain that it was with Liberty National Life Insurance. I googled it and found that it was a scam. As I say, I'm not 100% sure it was Liberty Mutual since this happened several months ago but I'm about 90% sure it was Liberty Mutual. If you Google it and research the hits then you will know for sure.
Apart from google you can have a look at your State's Insurance website and see if these people are a legitimate registered insurance place.
The whole list of licensed insurers and agents is ALWAYS posted.
Also, this seems to help agents:

lifeinsurance.awardspace.info - try this one. I have their insurance and, as remember, they can provide such a service.
