i had an interview at Sears, the manager asked me a lot of questions, and i answered honestly and politely, he would smile and agree with me and nod his head ect..he asked me" name a time you had a difficult descision at work" i answered" people were stealing desk pieces and i figured if i put the desk together no one could steal it, my manager agreed so at the same time i was putting it together, I had customers ask for help, which i did cause customers are the most importanted, he smiled and agreed, I also told him my goals and my grades, and i think he admired my goals and smiled and said Goodluck..i Think i kind of messed up when the final question was "give an example of your integrity" i was like uh thats hard... then he smiled i think and was like "pretty much the answer you gave me about your previous job shows it or answers it" so i was like yeah, i repeated what i said earlier on that subject, he smiled and said "thank you, he said thank you, if we decide to hire you, we will call you within the week" i left disappointed/acceptable at the same time i think he was impressed, what do you guys think?

This sounds about 50/50.
Since you discussed "goals" with him, do your goals entail your leaving this job for somewhere else soon--like before graduation?
The question, "where do you see yourself in 5 years" blows more interviews for applicants than anything else.
Truth is everyone is always looking for the next/better job. Truth is companies won't hire if you tell the truth about this. Better to come up with BS and don't worry about it when you leave
Good luck
Can you guys rate my interview?
