How many days can you miss b4 getting fired from walmart?

Well, he said you can't miss anymore days....it depends on the level of your coaching. If you were given a "d-day' then you may as well kiss the job goodbye. If you only have a coaching, then next will be a decision day and then you're gone if you continue to miss work. The best thing you can do since you're pregnant and will probably have more days where you won't feel good is get to work and stick it out until 1/2 way through your shift and ask if you can go home because you're sick. That way you aren't technically absent.

I'm not sure about Wal-Mart, but a large part of it depends on your personal relationship with your manager. If you have a close working relationship (read that "you're a suck up") then they don't HAVE to fire you.

On the other hand -- 7 days is quite a lot, ESPECIALLY if you don't schedule them ahead of time, like doctor appointments and such.

So, you will have to answer your own question, based on what you know about your relationship with your manager. After 7 days unexcused, you may be lookigna t termination, but MAYBE you can beg to keep your job for another couple of months.
