Want to start a car auction business offline. Please advise!?

Hi,

I had this idea about a car auction. There are a lot of car repossessions from leasing companies and I need advice on how to manage the auction, fees, everything from getting the cars through the door to having a system to register them and evaluate them, to to storing the cars, to the selling process. How many people i would need and how to advertise efficiently to the public. I appreciate every bit of support and I would appreciate advice from veterans in the field. Thanks very much.
