What would you check before opening a store?

You are asked to market a chain of newsstands that sell newspapers and magazines inside a single subway station.
What issues would you look at to determine which subway stop to construct your shop?

1. Which stop is best connected with trains, buses, ferries, etc., that take commuters to/from their destinations?

2. Where is my competition within or above the station?

3. What else do commuters buy in addition to newspapers and magazines that I can sell quickly (drinks, snacks, flowers, foot relief products, etc.)?
