You are asked to market a chain of newsstands that sell newspapers and magazines inside a single subway station.
What issues would you look at to determine which subway stop to construct your shop?
...............................................................................
My three top issues:
1. Which stop is best connected with trains, buses, ferries, etc., that take commuters to/from their destinations?
2. Where is my competition within or above the station?
3. What else do commuters buy in addition to newspapers and magazines that I can sell quickly (drinks, snacks, flowers, foot relief products, etc.)?

How busy is that particular stop?
What is the age/sex of the subway passengers?
What is the cost of constructing the stand?
Where is the nearest newstand?
What would you check before opening a store?
