Can i return something i bought from another store to walmart for store credit?

If walmart sells the exact same item, meaning the upc numbers on the item need to match something in Walmarts system, then yes you can. I have done it, just say it was a present or you lost your reciept, they will issue a store credit.

No. If it has the tag on it, which it needs to have even for store credit, Walmart will know it's not in their system of merchandise. They have a system in place for folks like you. Sorry.
