Does anyone know anything about New Credit Association Inc.?

This place is in Las Vegas, NV, and has a loan program that provides "angel investors" as co-signers for loans up to $10,0000. I have been online most of the day but I'm not able to find any information on them. I know they advertise in many of the thrifty ad papers all across the country. If anyone has any information about this company, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
