owe from my medical insurance? because i wasnt paid through some of it therefore my insurance wasnt paid and i was still recieving my medical insurance.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Yes, they can deduct medical premiums if they have done so in the past.

If they did not pay for your insurance, then they can't deduct it from you check. If you are continuing to use the medical insurance, somebody has to pay.
