Be grateful that you have a job when so many are getting laid off. You will need to work at least 9 months in order to be eligible for unemployment and you would have to either be laid off or discharged. Unemployment does not even pay you half of what you are making.
Keep your job or look for another one while you are still employed.
You cannot WORK and file for unemployment at the same time. You are EMPLOYED, therefore you cannot file for UNEMPLOYMENT. I think you are VERY confused about either the word "Un" or "Employment"
hey cool you can't collect unemployment unless you are layed off, quiting or getting fired doesn't count
if its your 1st job then no you cant. you have to work at least a year full time.
