i recently got into a accident with a scooter, i filed a claim and recieved $1,600 from safe auto, now they call me back saying that they overpaid me, what should i do?

Is Safe Auto your insurer, or the other guy's? WHY were you overpaid? Which line of coverage, and how much were you overpaid?
You need to talk to your agent - if you have one.
You pay them back.
