Must be related to their balance sheets.
If I have 3 $10 bills and you have 1 $20 bill that doesn't make you more valuable.
You have to look at the total number of shares outstanding. Price is meaningless by itself.
This is really an investment question. Try asking over there. It could be something as simple as having more shares of stock issued.
