ok so we need a tractor and i went on to craigslist found a 2006 john deere tractor for $5190 which is really good and the lady emailed me saying that she will deliver the tractor and she wants the payment through eBay Financial Department and she said that you can inspect the vechile and evrything and the you can give me the money through eBay heres what you said:We will use only eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection to complete the sale
I want the payment to be handled by eBay Financial Department. They will keep the money until you will receive and inspect the car. You will have 7 days of inspection period. If the tractor is not like described you will have to ship it back on my expense and they will give you a full refund. This way, you will be able to inspect the vehicle before committing to buy it

Sounds like buyer protection just like Paypal.
However, get it in writing, take lot of pictures of the tractor so you have proof that there was either somthing wrong OR not if you where to return it.
