Sorry but no there is no formula to convert any other score to a true F.I.C.O. the only way to get it is to pay for it.
credit-report-free.totalh.com - try this site. I use it to monitor my credit and also cleaned off some bad items from my credit report. You can apply for free initial plan and get your scores and reports for free.
My favorite place to get my FICO score is at http://www.4myscore.com. It does cost money, but you get scores from all three agencies.
