Does stock price go up after an IPO in a different market? Thanks?

I ask this because I'm holding LVS stock, and it's about to make it's IPO in Macau.

LVS made a similar IPO last November; it hasn't done badly since that one, but that's no guarantee of the future. The financials says this company is very good at losing money.
