i bought like weed and gas and chips and stff but its gone now so i dont think i should have to pay!
Well I wouldn't tell them, but you are going to completely ruin your credit, and they can file a judgment in court against you. It does mean something.
Lets see, you promised (signed the Credit card agreement) the credit card people you would repay all the charges you made.
You broke that promise.
They are going to come after you and try to enforce that promise.
They will mess (judgment against you) up your ability to borrow in the future, even if you don't think you might need the loan.
Well, I guess you probably shouldn't have signed an agreement that said you would pay. I don't think the agreement said anything about how you were going to spend the money. If you weren't going to pay it, you shouldn't borrow it.
