Most policies will have a maximum benefit for frames and most will allow you to get higher priced frames if you pay the difference. For example, if the maximum benefit allowance is $60 you can get frames up to $60 for no charge. If you want a $200 frame you'll need to pay the $140 difference.
There's generally a limit on the amount they'll pay for frames, and also for lenses.
