Hi,
I have to fill out an RP1 redundancy form and there is a question asking if my employer gave me statutory notice pay, the answer is no and the next question asks if I want to claim compensation for loss of notice.
Is this to claim for the statutory notice pay or is this an extra on top of recieving the notice pay?

It's to claim for statutory notice pay since your employer didn't give it to you. The only downside is that this is also capped at £380 per week no matter what your salary was so if you used to earn over that then you don't get as much as you would have had your employer paid you.
