Help with Greendot cancelled sale?

I made a purchase on QVC.com and then decided against the purchase, I cancelled the purchase about 10 minutes after I made it. The sale and cancellation was done on 10/12 and my greendot debit card account is still showing the charge as pending.
I contacted QVC and they said they show the sale was cancelled and that there is nothing else they can do from their end.
I work 3rd shift and have a hard time reaching anyone during business hours at Greendot, can anyone give me an idea how long it will take the pending charge to be creidted back to my account? Has anyone gone through this before?

I own a greendot card that I have had for 4 years now, and I have had something similar happen to me twice in the past, but not for the same reasons. My card was double charged on 2 seperate occasions and both times it took about 5-7 days for the charges to reverse and be put back on my card balance. But by no means should it take more than 2 weeks(14 days).

It would be wise at this point to ask QVC to send/email you a copy of the cancelled transaction so you can mail or fax proof that the transaction was indeed cancelled, to greendot should it come to that.
