I think they can take you to court and garnish your wages. Also they can put it on your credit report and make it hard for you to get a house or buy a car.
Dont EVER get a payday loan. They have ridiculous interest rates. If you don't pay it back they will continue to pile fines on top and in the end you will pay.
They will sue you and garnish your wages or freeze your bank account.
You will end up paying.
