Can a landlord report me to a credit report agency for not giving a full 30 days notice.?

We are on a month to month rental agreement. we gave a written notice on the 13th of October and said we would be out by the end of October and to apply our last months rent( we paid first and last) for the month of October. we will not occupy the apartment at all in November. An official 30 day's notice would end on November 15th. Can they send us a bill? If we don't pay it can they sent it to a credit report agency? Again the month of October will be paid with our last month's rent that we already gave to them

Likely they are not a member of the credit bureaus so they can't report you. However, if there is not enough security deposit to cover the rent and damages, the landlord can file a claim in small claims court to recover the rent and damages. If he wins, that will automatically be found by the credit bureaus when a search of public records is done.

Depending on the state and your rental agreement, notice may have to be given prior to the beginning of the month.

Thirty days from October 13 is November 12, not November 15.

You are required to pay the rent for all days up to, and including, the 30th day after the day that you gave notice, whether or not you are in the apartment during those days. In this case, you must pay the rent from November 1 through November 12, whether or not you are in the apartment during those days. If you do not, then he can report you to credit reporting agency, sue you, or both.

unfortunately you did not give 30 days notice before 11/1 so you owe the full month of November. there are no partial months in these situations.

you owe for all of November and any deposit can be used to cover that unpaid rent. they cannot report you to credit bureay. but they can go to small claims court to get that money.

You can not use your security deposit as your last months rent
