Wal-mart orientation. What will i do? How long will it take? Do they usually pay you for your time?

Im going to be overnight stocker so i was wondering those things. thank you

To answer your questions, you will be there the majority of the day. It is considered a work day so you will get paid for it. You will spend most of your time in personnel or in a room set aside for it. You will be watching video's. You will be given a bunch of information to take home about benefits and rules. They will have people come in and talk to you and someone will take you on a tour of the building. They may even start you on your CBL's which is training and safety programs on the computer which they will make you finish usually before you work on the floor. I hope this is helpful to you. Good luck

1) Will most likely shadow someone to learn what to do

2) Varies by store, anywhere from 4 to 8 hours

3) Yes, orientation is treated as a work day
